About Kyle
Kyle Worley has been writing, teaching, and serving in local churches for over fifteen years. Along the way he graduated from Dallas Baptist University (B.A. in Philosophy), Redeemer Theological Seminary (M.A. in Religion), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A. in Theology), and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Masters of Theology). He currently serves as the lead pastor of Mosaic Church in Richardson, TX. Prior t0 planting Mosaic Church, he served on staff at the Village Church in Dallas, TX.
In collaboration with his friends JT English and Jen Wilkin, he hosts the Knowing Faith Podcast. A podcast that dives into Christian story, belief and practice in a way that is accessible to everyone. Knowing Faith is a podcast of Training the Church. In addition, he serves as one of the cohort leaders (alongside JT English and Jen Wilkin) of the Training the Church Ministry Cohort: An eight week digital cohort that equips churches with the tools they need to build ministries that produce deep disciples.
JT, Jen, and Kyle recently partnered with Lifeway to launch the Deep Discipleship Program – a year long theological discipleship program built for small groups and churches.
In addition to his local church ministry, he is the author of Home with God: Our Union with Christ (B&H) and Formed: Becoming what You Behold (B&H), and a children’s book on the armor of God called the Dragon Slayer and His Super Special Suit (B&H Kids, coming in early 2026).
